A unique and magical experience

Our beautiful teepees are handmade to the highest standards to create the ultimate teepee experience. We pride ourselves on creating that wow factor with our gorgeous teepee themes for both boys and girls. Each handmade teepee includes a luxury mattress and bedding in your chosen theme, as well as cushions, lighting, bunting and of course our themed dreamcatchers. We are committed to offering our customers everything they’re looking for with the ultimate personal touch. Our extras are very popular with busy parents and children. We will develop bespoke party favours to suit your budget and chosen theme. We will provide popcorn and sweet treats with our mocktail trolley, breakfast and midnight snack boxes, beautiful balloon displays and personalised gifts such as bracelets and t-shirts. We guarantee we can help take the stress away from your party and create the most unique and magical experience for your guests. If there's something in particular that you're looking for, we also accommodate any special requests. We’re sure you’ll love it!

We can also offer a host of activities to keep your sleepover guests entertained or help to entertain tired little ones on your special wedding day. We have a range of activity packages including pamper and spa, face painting and slime parties



All you need to know about our teepee events

How does it work?

We will visit your house or venue at a prearranged time/date and set up all tents, accessories and activities. The following day we will disassemble the tents and beds and collect all items. Typically it takes about an hour to set up and slightly less to dismantle our parties, depending upon the size of the event. For our hot tub packages we set up on a Thursday and take down on a Monday. This gives time for the hot tub to heat up and gives you 3 full days of fun.

What areas do you cover?

We are located in Altrincham, Cheshire and offer free delivery and setup if your venue is within a 10 mile radius of WA15. We will travel further afield for a small additional cost to cover our time and travel. Please get in touch to find out more.

How much room is required?

The teepee tents  (including foam mattresses) require an area which is approximately the size of a single bed mattress (110 cm wide and 195 cm long). The tents can be slightly condensed or overlapped if you have space concerns. The trays are 36cm by 55cm and are often placed at the end of the beds (in front of the tents), however they can easily be placed on top of the beds or in other areas to save space.
Our bell tents are available in 2 sizes:
4 by 4 meters which sleeps 4 and requires approximately 5 by 5 meters to fully secure the tent. Our larger 5 by 5 meter tent sleeps 6 and requires approximately 6 by 6 metres to secure it. Our hot tubs sit under a 3 by 3 metre gazebo. 
Please ensure you have sufficient space for all the tents prior to booking as refunds will not be given in the event there is insufficient space. Give us a ring if you have any questions.

What does a basic party package include?

Assembling, dismantling and the delivery/collection of tents with canopies, comfy foam mattress, pillows, all bedding, trays, fairy lights, bunting, lanterns and decorations to create a magical one of a kind experience. Hot tubs include a beautifully dressed themed gazebo. 

We also offer little extras to complete your full party experience such as candy cones, personalised pyjama t-shirts, gift backs, balloons, cakes and activity packs. Please see our extras page for ideas and prices.

Please let us know if you have any individualised requests. We are always creating new themes and welcome any unique ideas which your child may have imagined. We love a creative challenge, so don’t hesitate to ask!

What age range are the teepee tents suitable for?

Generally our tents are suitable for children five years of age and older under strict adult supervision. We would discourage the use of the tents by children less than 36 months of age.

Health and safety

We take health and safety very seriously and will ensure there are clear entrances and exits from the room where the tents are erected, should there be an emergency. The tents must not be located next to open flames such as candles or fires or any other source of flammable substances. All lights provided are battery operated and may be left on safely overnight. Children must always be supervised.

Can the teepee tents be used outside?

Our A-frame tents have been custom made for inside use only. However, the bell tents can be used either outside or inside.

What are your payment terms?

We require a deposit of £50 (non-refundable) to confirm your booking. The remaining balance plus an additional security deposit of £50 is to be paid in full by no later than 14 days before the party date. The security deposit will be refunded once the equipment has been collected undamaged and fully tested (usually within 24 hours). The costs for the replacement of any damaged items will be deducted from this deposit. We accept cash, Paypal or bank transfer.

What happens if something is damaged?

We take great pride in the premium quality of our parties and the excellent condition of our party rental supplies. However, we do understand that accidents happen. If any of our items are excessively damaged, there will be a charge for replacements. Please do not smoke in or near the tents or allow pets to use tents as this could result in an additional cleaning charge. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further information.
